BleisTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by Bleis Interactive ("we", "us"), based in Ankara, Türkiye, on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Aqua Sort 3D: Magic, Jigsaw Puzzle 2D and Dye Hard (the "Games"). By downloading or playing a Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Games are licensed to you, not sold.
2. App store terms
Your use of the Games is also subject to the terms of the platform you downloaded them from: Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service. If those terms conflict with these Terms regarding the platform's services, the platform's terms prevail for that matter.
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
The Games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads or virtual items. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law or by the platform's refund policies, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google through their standard processes.
4. Advertising
The free versions of our Games are supported by third-party advertising. Ad content is provided by advertising networks and we do not endorse the products or services advertised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or exploits; reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Games except where such restriction is prohibited by law; interfere with the Games' operation or other players' use; or use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Games and all content in them, including code, art, names, logos, and audio, are owned by Bleis Interactive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license above.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game or feature at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bleis Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us through the Games in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye, unless applicable law grants you a different venue.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
