BleisPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bleis Interactive ("we", "us"), a mobile game studio based in Ankara, Türkiye, handles information in connection with our mobile games published on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Aqua Sort 3D: Magic, Jigsaw Puzzle 2D and Dye Hard (together, the "Games"). By playing our Games you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Our Games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play. The only personal information we receive directly from you is what you choose to send us, for example when you contact info@bleisinteractive.com for support.
When you play, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party service providers integrated in the Games:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country or region, and general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address.
- Advertising identifiers: your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), where you have given permission.
- Usage and diagnostics data: gameplay events such as levels completed, session length, crash logs, and performance data, used to fix bugs and improve the Games.
- Ad interaction data: which ads were served and how you interacted with them.
2. Advertising
Our Games show ads served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. These partners may use device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, and, where you have consented, to personalize them. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies:
You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings: on iOS via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (and the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown in the app), and on Android via Settings > Google > Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
3. Analytics and crash reporting
We use Google Firebase services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand how the Games are played and to find and fix crashes. These services collect information such as app instance identifiers, device model and OS version, country or region, gameplay events (for example levels started and completed), session data, and crash traces. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. Google's handling of this data is described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases in our Games are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's and Google's own terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.
5. Legal bases and consent
Where required by law, including the EU/UK GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we and our partners rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on legitimate interests for core functionality such as serving non-personalized ads, security, and crash diagnostics. Where a consent form is shown in the Games, you can change your choice at any time from the game's settings.
6. Children
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a Game participates in family or children's programs of the app stores, ads are served in accordance with the applicable children's advertising policies. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention and your rights
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to help you. Data collected by our advertising and analytics partners is retained under their own policies. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@bleisinteractive.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority).
8. Data transfers and security
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country. We choose established providers that maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with the effective date shown above. Material changes will be reflected in the Games or on this website.
